To anticipate crowded at Christmas time , the Indonesian Telecommunications Regulatory Body ( BRTI ) expect all providers of telecommunications services to assure the quality of its products . Like the other big days , at Christmas time , usually occurring ' telecommunications traffic jams . ' This is always the case in previous years . Therefore , as the holder of the reins ITRB telecommunications regulation in Indonesia expects telecommunications service providers to maintain quality of the service during the celebration of Christmas 2013 and early 2014 . ITRB recorded traffic spikes often occur when a national holiday in the tourist , shopping , and culinary locations . In addition to telecommunications services at Christmas and New Year , ITRB also asked telecom operators to prepare quality telecom services in 2014 ahead of the Eid holidays , especially in the railway.
